The Office of Development and Stewardship expanded its role into the diocesan community with current staff duties and a new addition to the department.

These are in addition to his current duties of promoting the Diocese of Youngstown Foundation, marketing planned gifts from estates, and directing diocesan-wide capital and major gift fundraising.
Ms. Peggy MacMahon, Office Coordinator, has been with the Office of Development and Stewardship for 38 years. With her experience at the Diocese and knowledge of parish communications, the Office will continue to assist parishes with any development and stewardship needs they have. The Office will be provide parishes with data reports and programs results, individual and major gift planned giving consultation, and overall diocesan support.
Ms. Landis Erwin, Fund Development Specialist, is a recent hire. She joins the Office of Development and Stewardship with a background in marketing and fundraising. Her position at the Diocese is intended to provide parishes with personal support on-site. She will be traveling to parishes throughout the Diocese, helping guide increased offertory programs, capital campaigns, and stewardship ministries to fruition.
